I'm an executive coach to leaders in the tech industry. The single most frequent issue my clients work with is overwhelm: a calendar that is booked from 8am Monday to 5pm Friday and leaves no time for thinking strategically, planning carefully or just taking some personal time off.
About Time is a five module, self-paced course that distills my experience, my reading and learning to provide you with the tools that work to get your time back. I keep the teaching direct and practical, and the exercises challenging to make sure you practice what you're learning as you take the course.
